Who are we?

 

JenkinsDuval is a specialist housing consultancy dedicated to working with local authorities and housing associations to improve housing needs services including homelessness, housing advice, housing options, allocations and temporary accommodation

 

Our company is run by two Directors, Kirsty Jenkins and Lynne Duval, and was formed during 2005.

 

Before this time Kirsty and Lynne were working as freelance housing consultants.

 

 

Lynne Duval

 

Lynne has worked as a housing consultant since2003 specialising in homelessness and lettings and before that was Deputy Chief Executive of Crisis UK. Lynne has also operated at a senior level in local government in the areas of housing management and organisational development. She is a graduate, a qualified member of the Institute of Housing and has an MBA.

 

 

Kirsty Jenkins

 

Kirsty has worked within housing needs services in London and the south east since 1987 and has been a consultant since 1999. Kirsty has a degree in Housing Management & Development and an MBA from Bournemouth University. As well as consultancy, Kirsty has a book published, which is now in its third edition, entitled “Housing & Housing Benefit Law” (Butterworths).
