Kirsty has worked within housing needs services in London and the south east since 1987 and has been a consultant since 1999. Kirsty has a degree in Housing Management & Development and an MBA from Bournemouth University. As well as consultancy, Kirsty has a book published, which is now in its third edition, entitled “Housing & Housing Benefit Law” (Butterworths)

Lynne has worked as a housing consultant since 2003 specialising in homelessness and lettings and before that was Deputy Chief Executive of Crisis UK. Lynne has also operated at a senior level in local government in the areas of housing management and organisational development. She is a graduate, a qualified member of the Institute of Housing and has an MBA.
