Manchester City Council – designing a city-wide CBL scheme that will be used to advertise vacancies for the 22 partners to the housing register. Project included extensive stakeholder and service user consultation. CBL goes live late 2009

Manchester City Council – comprehensive review of homelessness and production of statutory Homelessness Strategy. This project included the development of a separate prevention strategy which is multi-agency and has at its heart the desire to reduce homelessness and meet the CLG TA target.

Hackney and the Temporary Housing Group – review of TA processes including income collection and void management.
Stoke on Trent City Council – production of a detailed procedure manual covering the full housing solutions service, including housing options, homelessness and allocations.
London Boroughs of Southwark, Lewisham, Hackney and Lambeth, Stoke on Trent and Bury. Assistance with temporary accommodation planning and procurement strategies to maximise value for money, minimise risk and meet the TA target.
Copeland Borough council – development of a comprehensive directory of homelessness and advice services within the borough, for use by council staff, partner agencies and customers.
Swale Borough council – development of an older persons housing strategy to enable the council to understand the housing needs of older people and develop appropriate services over the next five years. Worked with a range of stakeholders and older people to produce a robust, multi-agency strategy
London Borough of Southwark – training for staff of the new Housing Options Centre, including training on the legal framework for options, the options themselves and how to promote these within a housing options interview setting
Carmarthenshire Council – development of a comprehensive toolkit for front line staff working on homelessness. The Welsh Assembly Government funded toolkit has been published and circulated widely within Wales.
Harlow council - working with the council to develop a tenancy strategy. Taking a bottom up approach, we have conducted staff workshops to understand some of the operational issues associated with fixed term tenancies and periodic review. Action planning, consultation and strategy writing are all elements of this project
Bracknell forest council - conducting a homelessness review and developing a new homelessness strategy for 2012. Work has included service user consultation, engaging stakeholders, collation and analysis of performance data and drafting review and strategy documents.
London borough of Tower Hamlets - carrying out an organisational review of the lettings service, and developing a new service and staffing structure. Project includes best practice review, staff consultation, development of role profiles and support in implementation.
London Borough of Ealing - Interim support to develop a cost neutral TA portfolio and improve access to the private rented sector.
Cheshire west and Chester council - review of options for provision of choice based lettings within the new framework of the localism act. Driven by the need to improve efficiencies, provide a more streamlined service and to reduce costs
Central Bedfordshire council - assisting the council in developing options for provision of housing options and lettings services following local government reorganisation. Project managing the return of outsourced services in-house
