• Support and guidance on meeting government targets on B&B use,
  halving the use of TA, & implementing CBL

• Producing comprehensive procedure manuals

• Developing customer leaflets & directories of services

• Project managing Choice Based Lettings implementation at local,
  sub-regional and regional level
